Andhra University has released a link to register for the document verification. Directorate of Admission Andhra University is the conducting body of AUEET. AUEET 2019 Counselling

As per the counselling schedule candidates have to appear in the counselling rounds. The rounds will be decided as per the number of seats remaining vacant and the number of qualifying candidates. At the time of certificate verification, the candidates have to produce original certificates in support of the qualification and reservations claimed in the application for verification.

Andhra University Courses Offered via AUEET 2019

Candidates can take admission to 6 Year B.Tech + M.Tech Dual Degree Programmes in:

  1. CSE
  2. Civil
  3. Mechanical
  4. EEE
  5. ECE
  6. Chemical
  7. Instrumentation Technology (with exit option after 4 years)

Candidates who take admission in Instrumentation Technology (with exit option after 4 years) can avail exit option after the completion of 4 Years course period. Therefore, they will be given a B.Tech degree.

Important: Note that Andhra University conducts 2 admission test. They are AUCET and AUEET. Thus make sure to apply accordingly.

  • AUCET is for admission in M.Sc., M.A., M.Com., M.H.R.M., M.J.M.C., M.L.I.Sc., M.P.Ed., M.Ed., M.Tech, M.Sc 5 -Year Integrated Courses in Geology and Chemistry (Applied Chemistry).
  • AUEET is for Admission in 6-Year B.Tech. + M.Tech. Dual Degree Programmes in CSE, Civil, Mechanical, EEE, ECE, Chemical, and Instrumentation Technology (with exit option after 4 years) only.

Here is how one can take admission in Andhra University by qualifying AUEET 2019. Any candidates who wish to participate in 6 Year B.Tech + M.Tech Dual Degree Programme at Andhra University must follow the below process to take admission.

AUEET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

To be able to appear for AUEET 2019, candidates need to fit into certain criteria of eligibility. Thus, we have discussed the AUEET 2019 Eligibility Criteria in this section. Read below and in case you have any doubts to comment below and let us know.

For every course under 6 Year B.Tech + M.Tech Dual Degree Programme at Andhra University, candidates need to have the following eligibility criteria:

  1. Candidates must have passed 10+2.
  2. Also, candidates must have Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry in 10+2 with minimum aggregate marks of 50%.

Application Form

To be able to appear in the engineering entrance exam of Andhra University i.e. AUEET 2019, candidates need to fill up an online application form. Also, They need to submit this online application form in the online mode only. Therefore, candidates must read the instructions very well before applying. Any errors in the application form will lead to the cancellation of candidature. Therefore, here are the important steps to apply online for AUEET 2019:

  1. Register online by providing details asked on the form.
  2. OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification.
  3. Enter the OTP in the box provided in the registration form and immediately screen will display a message “verified” in green color.
  4. Then click “Register & Proceed” for filling the application with all academic and other details along with scanned Passport photo and scanned signature.
  5. Submit the filled in application form and application fee.
  6. A preview of the application form will appear that will contain the application number.
  7. Take print out of the application form and keep it safe for all future references.

AUEET 2019 Application Fee

  • Rs.1200/-  and Rs.1000/- for SC / ST / PHC candidates.
  • Rs.1500/- if the application form is being submitted after the last date.

AUEET 2019 Exam Pattern

The Exam pattern of AUEET 2019 has been discussed below. It is important to know the exam pattern as it gives an idea of the marking scheme and distribution of the same. This will also give an idea of the nature of the question paper.

Hall Ticket/Admit Card

The Hall Ticket of AUEET 2019 will be available on the official website only. No candidate will get the admit card/hall ticket via any other medium. Thus, candidates need to download the admit card from the official website as per the schedule. AUEET – 2019 will be conducted at the following Test Centres:

  • Visakhapatnam
  • Kakinada
  • Vijayawada

When the number of registered candidates for any test is below 100, the test will be conducted at Visakhapatnam centre only

Candidates should mention the Centre code and name of his / her choice in the application form. Request for change of Test Centre and Subject opted by the candidate in the application form will not be considered under any circumstances.

AUEET 2019 Rank Card / Result

All the candidates who will appear in the examination will have to check their ranks that will be available in the AUEET 2019 Rank Card. As per the scores and Ranks of the candidates, they will be able to appear in the counselling rounds. Results for AUEET 2019 has been made available now.

In case of a tie between candidates securing the same marks in a test, the order of merit has been decided on the basis of marks obtained in Mathematics. If there is further tie, the marks obtained by the candidate in Physics shall be taken into account. In case of a further tie, the marks obtained by the candidate in Chemistry shall be taken into account if the tie continues, the date of birth of the candidate shall be taken into account, with priority to an older candidate.

Important: Keep the Rank Card and Hall Ticket of AUEET 2019 safe until the admission process ends. These will be needed at the time of counselling.

Fee Structure

The fee structure for AUEET 2019 is as follows:

Note-1: SC, ST candidates (whose parent or guardian income is up to Rs. 2,00,000/-) and BC (A, B, C, D & E) and EBC candidates (whose parent or guardian income is up to Rs. 1,00,000/-) are eligible for sanction of tuition fee, special fee and examination fee put together to a maximum amount of Rs. 20,000/- by the respective welfare departments, Andhra Pradesh as per the existing rules. The candidate has to apply for the sanction and the sanctioned amount will be reimbursed to the student.

Note-2: Candidates have to pay study or tour/fieldwork fee in the respective Departments where they are part of the curriculum.

Note-3: Special Fee Rs.1760/- which includes — Games & Athletics Fee Rs.200/-, Reading Room Fee Rs.100/-, Library Fee Rs.200/-, Medicine Fee Rs.100/-, Medical Inspection Fee Rs.50/-, Stationery Fees Rs.150/-, Audio Visual Education Fee Rs.50/-, Poor Student Aid Fund Rs.100/-, Inter-University Sports Rs.80/-, Dramatic Association Fee Rs.50/-, University Union Fee Rs.80/-, College Magazine Fee Rs.60/-, Departmental Association Fee Rs.100/-, Student Social Service League Rs.40/-, Fresher’s Day Celebrations Rs.150/-, College Day Celebrations Rs.150/-, NCC Rs.50/-, NSS Rs.50/-.

    The fees 181500 rupees is including all the other activities like trips,library,…. Otherwise for those we have to pay separate fees
