GVSAT 2019 – Suresh Gyan Vihar University is a deemed university situated in the state of Rajasthan. Note that, the University provides the provision of making the application fee payment in offline mode as well, though the application form needs to be filled in only online mode. GVSAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for this online, university-level entrance examination, a candidate must ensure that he or she fulfills the eligibility criteria as laid by the University. If anyone not fulfilling the eligibility criteria, and still applying for this exam, his or her candidature will be canceled by the University, even if he or she has appeared and cleared GVSAT 2019. So, make sure all the candidates must go through these norms, prior to applying for GVSAT.
For BTech/ Dual Degree Aspirants-
- A candidate must secure at least 60% in his or her Class 12th level examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
- If a candidate wishes to apply with his or her JEE Main marks for admissions to this University, he or she must secure a valid score as specified by the University.
For M.Tech Aspirants –
- He or she must have got at least 60% in his or her B.Tech level of studies.
- For M.Tech Geoinformatics, a candidate should have passed B.Tech or M.Sc. in a related stream with 60% of marks and For M.Tech Digital & Wireless Communication Engineering, a candidate must have passed his or her B.Tech or M.Sc. (Physics) with 60% of marks in aggregate.
- M.Tech Computer Science & Engineering – A candidate must have secured a minimum of 60% of marks in average in his or her B.Tech/M.sc/MCA(graduation) level from a recognized University.
- If a candidate wishes to apply with his or her GATE marks for admissions to this University, he or she must secure a valid score as specified by the University.
GVSAT 2019 Application Form
In order to appear GVSAT 2019, a candidate will be first required to get themselves registered over the application portal by filling up some of their personal as well as education-related details. Usually, the application forms are available over the official website in the month of April, every year. Prior to applying, a candidate must go through the eligibility norms as listed in the information brochure, which is also be made available somewhere in the month of April. The GVSAT 2019 Application Process, basically needs to be completed in these 3 steps, as listed below:
- Step No. 1 – Registration
After the online application process commences, a candidate will be required to get themselves registered over www.gyanvihar.org or the direct link which will be available over this page after its activation. Candidates will be asked to fill some basic personal information, in order to create an applicant’s profile. Details like candidate’s name, date of birth, course details, education-related details, personal email ID and contact number. After filling all these details, a candidate will be provided with their newly generated credentials over their registered email ids. The confirmation of successful registration will also be provided via a text message, as well.
- Step No. 2 – Complete Your Details
With the help of your newly generated username and password, a candidate will need to fill up the other details or the mandatory fields, to submit their application forms before the last date lapses. Prior to submitting your applications, make sure all the details you have provided are true and correct.
- Step No. 3 – Pay Off The Application Fee
After filling up all the details in the GVSAT 2019 Application forms online, a candidate must pay off the specified amount of application fees. Last year, the application form fee was Rs. 750/- which could be made using any of the available payment gateways. Also, the payment of the application fee could be made in both offline or online mode. The details regarding the application fee have not yet been released. GVSAT 2019 Admit Card
All those candidates who have successfully submitted and filled up their applications will be provided the GVSAT 2019 Admit cards retrieval link over their application portal. Sime of the important personal details will be printed over the admit card, which makes it an important document that needs to be stored even after the exams are over. No candidate shall be allowed to examination hall without a valid admit card. All candidates are advised to carry a government id proof, along with their admit cards on the day of the examination.
GVSAT 2019 Result
The University will be announcing the results over the official website. All candidates will be able to check their scores and whether they have qualified or not in the merit list released and published by the University. Separate merit list will be prepared for the GATE, JEE Main and GVSAT qualified candidates. These merit lists will not be hanged in the University premises. Candidates will be able to check their results from the results sections over the main page of the University. Furthermore, on the basis of the merit list, a candidate will be asked to pay off the admission fee and freeze the engineering seat under their name. Note that, a candidate will only be allotted a seat after the University verifies all the details or documents provided by a selected candidate.
