How to Prepare for BITSAT 2019

Those who are willing to appear in BITSAT 2019 have enough time for the preparation. BITSAT 2019 will be conducted in the month of May 2019. So you have more than a year for the preparation. In this period of time, you can do the best preparation. The candidates can follow the points given below to prepare for BITSAT 2019.

Short and tricky Questions: While preparing up for BITSAT, do not waste your time to prepare the questions in a lenghteir way. Solve them using tricks. You will have to learn all the formulas to do so. Thus first, learn the formulas and then try to solve them in shortest way.

Divide Time for Each Subject: You will get the maximum questions from Mathematics / Biology (on the basis of your choice). So prepare as many questions from these questions as you can. Then the major part will be asked from Physics and Chemistry. Prepare the concepts of these subjects. You can check the important topics and their weightage of these subjects from above image. The lowest part will be asked from Logical Reasoning and English Proficiency. Make your vocabulary strong and practice all the frequently asked questions of reasoning.

BITSAT vs IIT-JEE: The syllabus of BITSAT is very vast. All the topics that have been covered in BITSAT are not covered in IIT-JEE. So if you have done the preparation of IIT-JEE then don’t think that you are ready for BITSAT. Check the syllabus of BITSAT very carefully and then start the preparation accordingly.

Prefer NCERT Books: For the preparation, you should prefer NCERT books. For Chemistry and Mathematics, the concepts and formulas in the book are very helpful. For Physics it is not so easy to learn but give your extra efforts for this subject. For reasoning, this book covers all the topics. Thus do prepare this book.

Negative Marking: There is also negative marking in BITSAT. Some tricky questions and concepts will make you confused. So start such a preparation that will help you to clear the tricky questions.
