ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad conducts ICFAI Tech School Admission Test (ITSAT) for the students who want to take admission into B.Tech course. However, this year they have changed the name of their admission test to Admission Test for IcfaiTech (ATIT). The exam dates and application forms for ATIT 2019 has been also released. Thus candidates have to appear in ATIT 2019, an all India Level Examination to take admission in B.Tech courses in various campuses such as IFHE Hyderabad, The ICFA University Dehradun, The ICFA University Raipur, The ICFA University Jaipur, The ICFA University Jharkhand. It is to be noted that apart from offering admissions as per ITSAT entrance examination, IFHE also provides an opportunity for the students who have appeared in JEE (Main 2019)/ State Level/ Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests 2019 who want to take admission in B.Tech program. Another important thing which should be kept in mind by the candidates that the candidates opting for The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh are not required to appear for ITSAT 2019. It is important for the candidates to provide the e-mail ID to the authorities as all the important information will be sent to them by e-mail only.

ITSAT 2019 Slot Booking

After filling the application form, candidates are required to book the slots for the examination. Candidates will have to fill their Application Number and Date of Birth to fill the sections of Username and Password respectively. The slot booking process provides an opportunity for candidates to choose the date, time and venue for the examination as per their preferences. The slot booking is an important step if a candidate has to take admission because without booking the slots, the candidates will not be issued the admit card/ hall ticket and ultimately they will not be allowed to sit for the examination.

ITSAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are different for different universities/ campuses. Candidates can check the information given below for the same purpose:

For admission at IFHE Hyderabad, ICFAI University Dehradun, ICFAI University Jaipur, ICFAI University Raipur, ICFAI University Jharkhand:

  • Candidates should have scored 60% aggregate marks in class 12th or its equivalent with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.
  • Applicants should have completed 12 years of formal schooling in order to apply for the program. Candidates who are awaiting their result in 2019 can also apply.

ITSAT 2019 Application Form

Candidates who want to take admission in B.Tech program can apply for ITSAT 2019 in either of the two different ways: Online or Offline. If a candidate wants to apply online then he/ she has to upload the scanned image of the photograph and eventually will have to pay the application fee to complete the application process.

To apply offline, candidates can download the application form from the official website and then fill it by mentioning personal, communication and educational details and pay a Demand Draft in favor of the concerned authorities.

Application Fees: Candidates need to pay an amount of Rs. 500 in either of the way i.e, online or offline. To pay the fee online, candidates can pay the fees through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. To pay the fee offline, candidates will have to submit a Demand Draft of a certain amount to the concerned authorities.

ITSAT 2019 Admit Card

After booking the slots, candidates will be able to download their admit cards which will be available online. It is to be noted that the admit cards will not be sent to candidates by post or by any other means. Candidates should carry the admit card to the examination center along with a proof of identification. The admit card will have some information on it, candidates can check the information provided below for the same:

ITSAT 2019 Admission Procedure

Candidates who have appeared for ITSAT 2019 entrance and then for the interview round will get provisional admission. All the students who have passed the entrance exam and interview and will get the provisional admission and are required to submit 10+2 or equivalent passed certificate.

It is to be noted that the candidates will have to submit the documents until the prescribed date. If the documents have not been submitted, until the prescribed date and time, the admission of a student will be cancelled.

Admissions will also be done for the students who have given JEE (Main) 2019/ State Level/ Other Engineering Entrance Test (2019). The candidates who will get admission by passing other examinations will have to send the application number and attested copy of their scorecard.

ITSAT 2019 Result

Candidates who have given ITSAT 2019 will be able to see the results online only. It will be posted online on www.ifheindia.org. Candidates will have to fill their application number and date of birth and then ultimately login with the help of those details. The successful candidates will get to know about the results through e-mail or post. After this, the selected candidates will have to appear for the interview. Then, the final admission will take place on the combined scores obtained in ITSAT 2019 written examination and in the interview.

IFHE offers scholarship to students who wants to pursue a degree in B.Tech in two ways first, on the basis of student’s previous academic record and second, on the basis of semester-wise performance. Candidates can check the details about merit-scholarship from the information provided below:

On the basis of Past-Academic Record

The scholarship provided to students is based on their marks in the previous examination. The candidates will receive a scholarship every semester if they maintain a GPA OF 6.0. The details about scholarships is mentioned below:
