Even though questions are different, difficulty level remains the same. Central Board of Secondary Education ensures that all questions are at par when it comes to the difficulty level.

Same applies to questions in different languages. Questions appearing in JEE for a certain date and time, whether in English or Hindi, will be of the same level.

On a given date and shift, questions in all sets of papers are the same but in the different order. This means that question number 1 in set A will also be in set B, C, D, but as some other question number. Same applies to online exam.

The difficulty level of questions in JEE Main 2018 paper is same for offline and online exams also.

Will NTA Change The Exam Pattern?

From 2019, JEE Main will be in online mode only. This means you will not have any option to give the exam in pen and paper mode. Only the computer-based exam will be available. Now, apart from this, no changes are being made in the pattern. This has been confirmed by NTA itself. Thus, if are well versed with the online pattern of JEE Main, which is not different from the offline pattern, you will not face any difficulty. Thus, make sure you are friendly with computer functions, comfortable in using the keyboard and mouse.
