JEE Main 2019 Application Form – The registrations for JEE Main 2019 – January exam is now open at nta.ac.in and jeemain.nic.in. The last date to apply is September 30, 2018. However, the application fee can be submitted until October 01, 2018. For the April exam, the application forms will be available later in the month of February 2019. Candidates who wish to appear in JEE Main 2019 January exam can fill the application forms now at nta.ac.in. To fill the application form of JEE Main 2019, candidates have to register first using any valid ID proof details like Aadhaar number, student ID, voter Id, passport, ration, card, bank account etc. Thereafter they will be able to access their application forms. Candidates can fill and submit JEE Main 2019 Application Form for either January or April exam or for both the exams. There is no compulsion to select one or go for both, as long as candidate fulfils eligibility criteria. However, it is necessary to adhere to the schedule given below for form submission.

Aadhaar Card Not Mandatory For JEE Main 2019 Registration

For the last two years, in JEE Main the requirement of Aadhaar card has been made compulsory. In 2019, however, NTA has provided various options other than the Aadhaar Card like ration card, bank account, student id, voter id, passport, other valid government ids.

In the first step itself, candidates had to submit their id number. Thereafter you can proceed to other steps of filling the JEE Main 2019 Application form.

JEE Main 2019 Application Form: Documents Required

There are some documents that you need to upload in the application form, others that you need to refer. Thus, below we have categorised them for you:

Documents that you need to upload in JEE Main 2019 Application Form are:

  • Passport size photograph
  • Signature
  • Signature of your guardian

How To Fill And Submit JEE Main Application Form 2019?

Follow the steps below to apply online for JEE Main 2019:

Step 1 – Registrations: Click the direct link available on this page. The following window will open. Click on the apply for JEE main 2019 button as shown below:

  • Next, you will see the following window. Enter the details and select a security pin (password) that you must note down. This will be needed for all future logins. Thereafter click the submit button.

Step 2 – Application Form Fill up: 

After successful submission of the above data, the Application number will be generated and it must be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form. In the remaining steps, you will have to fill in details like:

  • Personal Details
  • Academic Details
  • Contact Details
  • Guardian Details

Step 3 – Uploading Images:

Upload the images as per the specifications mentioned above. Upload the correct Photograph and Signature as the facility for correction will not be given.

Step 4 – Fee Payment:

Payment can be made using Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/e-Challan. The candidate has to select Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking option to pay the application fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of the fee. After successful payment, the candidate will be able to print the Confirmation Page.

  1. my aadhar card adress is wrongly printed.so at first can i apply for the exam and then later correct my aadhar card address.will it be changed in applications al

  2. Sir done some mistake in filling the form can I again fill the form or I have to wait for correction period (when this correction period will come ) please replay

    • Correction window will open between 08 – 14 Oct 2018. You can not fill the form again. Wait for the application form correction window to open.

  3. Good evening sir, while uploading the photo of my son , the date of capturing and name of the candidate not printed on the photo. how can i rectify it. please advise
