KRLMPCA UGCET 2019 – Karnataka Religious & Linguistic Minority Colleges Association( KRLMPCA) conducts a State level engineering entrance for various B.E courses. Not only this entrance exam is conducted for engineering admissions, but admissions are also granted in the field of medical and dental stream via this exam. Under this entrance exam, a candidate will be granted an undergraduate level engineering course, among its 14 member colleges. KRLMPCA UGCET 2019 Admission Procedure

In order to pursue an engineering discipline under Karnataka Religious & Linguistic Minority Colleges Association, a candidate needs to appear for KRLMPCA UGCET and needs to meet the minimum cut off marks as set by the different member colleges. KRLMPCA is the conducting body of KRLMPCA UGCET. It is conducted, every year in the month of March in offline mode i.e candidates will be required to mark their responses on the OMR sheets.

KRLMPCA UGCET 2019 will be conducted across 3 cities – Bengaluru, Gulbarga and Tumkur. The candidates will be able to find the exact exam venue printed on their KRLMPCA CET 2019 Admit cards.

KRLMPCA UGCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be able to fulfill these criteria, prior to appearing for KRLMPCA UGCET. If any candidate does not matches up to the eligibility norms as laid by the University, his or her candidature will be canceled. Candidates can check the eligibility norms, from below.

  • Must have passed his or her Class 12 or equivalent level of the exam from a recognized Board.
  • Must have studied English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects, along with any of the following subjects – Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology / Electronics.
  • Must have secured at least 45% of marks in average in his or her Class 12.
  • Should be able to produce a minority certificate( linguistic/religious) at the time of admissions, which needs to be signed by the Headmaster of the last attended school.
Note that, candidates whose results are yet to be announced of Class 12 examination, may select “Results Awaited” while filling up their online applications.

 KRLMPCA UGCET 2019 Application Form

Candidates will be able to fill the online application forms to appear in KRLMPCA UGCET 2019, as per the dates released by the association. Usually, the application forms are released over the official website of KRLMPCA by the third week of March, every year. Interested candidate will be advised to fill and submit their applications within this stipulated period to appear in this State level engineering entrance exam.

Note that, no one shall be able to fill and submit their applications in offline mode. Applicants will need to start this application procedure by getting themselves registered over the official website by filling some of the details like name, course you want to pursue, father’s name, date of birth, email id, contact number, along with uploading photograph and signature as per specified measurement and size.

KRLMPCA UGCET 2019 Admit Card

The Karnataka Religious & Linguistic Minority Colleges Association issues the admit cards for KRLMPCA UGCET to all those candidates who have submitted their application form before the last date. The admit cards will be available over the KRLMPCA UGCET application portal of all the applicants over the official website i.e www.kmca.info. Candidates will need their registered contact number(username) and date of birth(password) to retrieve their admit cards for the exam. No candidate shall be allowed to enter the examination hall without a valid admit card.

KRLMPCA UGCET 2019 Answer Key

After conducting the entrance examination, the KRLMPCA authorities will be releasing the answer keys, prior to the result declaration date. Candidates will be able to raise an objection on the released answer key over the official website of the University. Candidates need to submit their objection in a particular manner, only then it will be accepted by the University. A candidate will be required to send his or her objection vis speed post to The Secretary, Flat No.143, 4 th Floor, ‘SURYAMUKHI’, Garden Apartments, # 21, Vittal Mallya Road, Bangalore – 560 001, along with a DD of Rs.100 per Question drawn in favour of KRLMPCA payable at Bangalore on or before the last date to send. Along with the objection raised, the University makes it mandatory for every candidate send supporting documents along with the objection raised. Note that, the fee paid to challenge the answer key will not be refunded under circumstances.

KRLMPCA UGCET 2019 Result & Counseling

After the KRMLMPCA UGCET 2019 has been conducted successfully, the Karnataka Religious & Linguistic Minority Colleges Association will be releasing the exam results over the official website of the Association. There will be no provision for reevaluation of the answer scripts after the results have been declared as the exam will be conducted in OMR sheets. On the basis of the result declared, the University will further be releasing merit list. And one by one candidate will be selected to appear for online counseling round. The list of selected candidates will further be announced over the official website. Selected candidates must then report to the allotted member college to pay off the fees and to complete the admission formalities on time.
