Candidates who have successfully submitted their OJEE 2018 Application Form will be able to download their OJEE 2018 Admit Card starting from April 20 to April 25, 2018. The admit card will be available in online mode only and no other mode will be available to access it. The OJEE 2018 Admit Card will contain all the important details like examination venue details, schedule of the examination and candidate’s details. Two copies of the admit card is to be carried in the examination centre without fail, without the hardcopy candidates will not be allowed inside the OJEE 2018 examination centre.

OJEE 2018 Admit Card

The admit card is an important document that one must preserve until the end of the admission process, as it will serve as proof of the candidate’s identity throughout the admission process. It will be the responsibility of the candidates to make sure they get their admit cards signed by the invigilators at the examination hall.

How to Download OJEE 2018 Admit Card

Candidates can access their OJEE 2018 Admit Card by visiting the official website or by following the steps discussed below:

Step 1: Click on the direct link that will be provided here as per the schedule.

Step 2: The login window will open where the candidates need to enter their application number and password.

Step 3: On successful login, the candidates will be able to access the admit card.

Step 4: Download the admit card after checking all the details.

Step 5: Take two printouts of the admit card. Both the copies are to be carried in the examination centre.

Note 1: If the candidates encounter any error in the admit card then the candidates need to report it to the OJEE office before April 30, 2018. No requests for changes will be entertained after the last date.

Note 2: If an applicant fails to take print out of Admit Card from the OJEE 2018 website for the examination by April 25, 2018, then he/she must contact OJEE 2018 office immediately before April 30, 2018.

The following details will be available in the admit card of OJEE 2018. Candidates must check the details and if any mistake is found then Note 1 must be applied as soon as possible.

  2. Name of the Paper

A photograph identical to the one pasted on the confirmation slip must be kept with the candidates during the examination.

Rules to be followed in OJEE 2018 examination centre

  1. The examination hall shall be opened to the candidates half an hour before the commencement of the examination. No candidates will be allowed to enter in the examination hall without a valid downloaded admit card.
  2. Candidates are required to take their respective seats at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination, strictly according to the sitting chart notified earlier by the Centre Superintendent.
  3. One copy of the admit card duly signed by the invigilator must be submitted at the examination hall and other should be retained by the candidate. However, the submitted admit card may be examined at a later stage to validate the authenticity.
  4. The candidate has to carefully keep the Admit card duly signed by invigilator with him/her until he/she takes final admission in the University /College/Institution.

OJEE 2018 Result

The result will be announced in the form of merit list and rank card. Candidates need to log in using their roll number to access their rank card. This rank card is to be produced during the time of counselling. The candidates will be called for counselling as per the scheduled time and date which will be declared after the announcement of OJEE Result 2018.
