How to fill OJEE 2018 Application Form

Following steps are to be completed to fill the OJEE 2018 application Form:

Step 1: Registration

Visit the above-mentioned link and click on the Form that suits your choice of programme. The window will look like the one shown below:

After selecting the form, on the next window, candidates need to read the instructions and click on the ‘Apply’ button.

After that, the candidates need to fill all the details. On filling up all the details login id and password will be generated.

Step 2: Login

Here the candidates need to log in using the login credentials sent to them. On successful login, the candidates will be able to access the application form.

Step 3: Filling the Application Form

On the application form the candidates need to fill the following details in the fields provided:

  1. Personal Details
  2. Details of the applied Course
  3. Uploading Photograph, signature and thumb impression.

For uploading the items the candidates need to keep in mind the following specifications:


  • Format should be JPEG
  • File Size should be 5 KB to 99 KB
  • Dimensions: 3.5cm x 4.5cm

Step 4: Payment of the application fees

The application fee for OJEE 2018 depends on the type of the course the candidate is applying for, for B.Tech (LE) and for M.Tech courses the application fee is Rs. 1000/-.

Mode of Payment

The candidates need to choose either of the following modes to make payment:

Online Mode- Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking

Offline Mode- SBI e-Challan

Step 5: Printout of the confirmation page

On submitting the fee, the confirmation page will be generated. The candidates need to take a print out of this page after all the above stages are successfully completed. The confirmation page will be printed as a proof of the submission of the application form.

OJEE 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: There is no age limit to appear in OJEE 2018, however, the minimum age limit is 17 years. For Lateral Entry in B.Tech (mari8ne Engineering), there is a maximum age limit, which is 22 years.

Educational Qualification: The following table shows the education qualification various engineering programmes for which OJEE 2018 will be conducted:

OJEE 2018 Admit Card

With the application process now over, the next important event is the availability of the OJEE 2018 Admit Card. Admit cards will be uploaded at OJEE website as per the schedule. The candidate has to download two copies of the admit card from the OJEE website which must be produced in the examination centre for allowing the candidate to appear the exam.
