TBJEE 2019 is a joint entrance examination conducted by the Higher Education Department of Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination. Candidates who are interested in taking TBJEE 2019 entrance examination must go through the eligibility criteria and then proceed with the application process. TBJEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria

For appearing in an Tripura JEE 2019 examination, you will be required to fulfill the following criteria set by the organization board. If you will not meet the desired requirements then you will not able to appear for the admission procedure. So, it is advise to you to make ensure yourself before filling up the application form.

Nationality: For appearing in the examination you must ensure to be a citizen of India.

Qualification: You must have passed / appeared / due to appear in the year of Joint Entrance Examination at the Higher Secondary Examination of Tripura Board of Secondary Education / Central Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination with the subjects in which he / she desires to appear at the Joint Entrance Examination.

Residential criteria: You must be a permanent resident of Tripura and either your parent must have been residing in the state of Tripura continuously for not less than 10 (ten) years immediately prior to the date of making application for appearing at the Joint Entrance Examination 2018.

Non- Residential Criteria: In case if you are not a permanent resident of Tripura but your parent is an Officer on deputation to the Government of Tripura / Officer of the Central Government working in Tripura and has served in Tripura continuously for a period of 3 (three) years or more and passed Higher Secondary Examination from an Institution of Tripura you are eligible for appearing in the Examination.

If you are allotted a seat in the past inside or outside the State on the basis of the result of Joint Entrance Examination you shall not be eligible to appear at the Joint Entrance Examination this year or subsequent year unless you will surrendered the allotted seat in writing within specific time to the appropriate authority.

TBJEE 2019 Application Form

Candidates willing to take part in TBJEE 2019 entrance examination may access the application form in offline (based on previous year process) as well as in online mode. Candidates can fill up the application form and submit / send the duly filled form before the last date. You must read all the instructions and eligibility process before starting the application process.

Get application form offline (based on previous year process):

  • You can collect the application form and the TBJEE 2019 prospectus in person from the office counter of TBJEE by paying the application amount.
  • You can also obtain the application form and prospectus on postal request from the office of TBJEE by sending a postal order od requisite amount. Your postal request must be accompanied by seld addressed envelope and a postage stamp affixed on it.

Get application form online:

  • You can also download the application form and prospectus from the official website of TBJEE 2019, www.tbjee.nic.in. The online application form will be accepted only if the requisite amount for application is paid during submission of the form alongwith other enrollment fees.

Fees For TBJEE 2019

The board has decided that before appearing for the examination you will be required to make the payment separately for the application form and the examination fees before appearing for the entrance test.

Application Fee: The application form was cost to Rs. 100 last year which was to be submitted in the cash only at the counter of TBJEE office counter.

If you have downloaded the online application form then you have to pay the coat of the application form along with other examination fee.

Examination Fees: The examination fees will be different for the different categories. The examination fee has to be submitted online. You can check the details from the below mentioned table.

TBJEE 2019 Admit Card

The provisional TBJEE 2019 admit card for the examination of TBJEE 2019 may dispatched to the respective candidate who successful fill the application form. You will receive your admit card through the India post (Agartala Head P.O.), Tripura at your corresponding address. Without admit card you will not be allowed to appear for the examination. So, if you didn’t receive your admit card due to the postal issue or any other cause then you are requested to contact the office of the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination, Old Secretariat Complex, Finance Building, Agartala, West Tripura in respective period of time.

Examination Pattern

The examination patter of TBJEE 2019 is given below in the points in details. You must go through them to stay prepared for the TBJEE 2019 entrance test before hand.

  • There will be 4 different question paper booklet for the 4 subjects of Mathametics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • The Maximum Marks of each question paper will be 100.
  • Duration will be 2 hours.
  • The type of questions will be multiple choice.
  • Number question in each booklet will be 50.
  • Each question will carry 2 marks.
  • No negative marking.

Instructions for exam

  • You will only required to mark your answer with Black/ Blue ball point pen only. Use of pencil or other colored pen is strictly prohibited.
  • Mark the correct answer by darken the circles properly.
  • Once the answer will be marked it cannot be changed.
  • The signature should be similar with the signature of the application form.
  • The use of Calculator / Mobile Phone or any other electronic gadget is prohibited inside the examination hall.

Syllabus

The questions of TBJEE 2019 will be framed on the basis of the syllabus prescribed by the board. The syllabus contains the chapters from 4 subjects i.e. Physics, chemistry, Maths and biology. Syllabus of each subject is divided into 10 module, each module carries 10 marks.

Result

In order to view the result of TBJEE 2019 you will need to provide your login credentials as the result will display online as per the notification. You will be required to provide your application number and the date of birth in dd-mm-yy format. Your scorecard will display on the screen and on the basis of which the merit list will prepared and you will receive a call for the counselling procedure.

Counselling

For admission in a certain college / university through tbjee you will be invited for the counselling procedure on the basis of that whether you meet the eligibility criteria and on the basis of the cut-off marks in Tripura Joint Entrance Exam. There will be no wait list at the time of counselling. No call letter will be provided for the procedure of counselling. In case you want to surrender your allotted seat, then you must surrender the seat within 7
(seven) days excluding the date of receiving the seat. After the completion of first round of counseling, TBJEE shall inform the status of the vacant seats along with category and course wise break up to the respective sponsoring Department.
